The pricing tables for each ultimate tour provide an accurate guide for the group configurations shown.

 

However, once you have provided Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours with details of your specific tour requirements/group configuration then a tour price will be provided for you by return.

 

Shared accommodation can be in either twin or double configuration

The all inclusive tour price covers:

 

• Airport transfers
• Secure baggage storage whilst on tour
• Your BMW motorcycle
• Luggage panniers and top-box
• Complete rider equipment from helmet to boots (if required and subject to availability)
• BMW motorcycle insurance
• 24 hour BMW Roadside Assistance
• Emergency mobile telephone
• GPS navigators fitted to selected motorcycles (with pre-loaded detailed routes)
• Communications systems complete with connections for music and GPS audio commands (if utilising Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours helmets)
• All meals
• All hotel accommodation
• All fuel
• Daily issue of backup maps, emergency telephone numbers by region and Standard Operating Procedures
• Embroidered mens or ladies polo shirt
• Embroidered cap
• Tour DVD and tour photographs CD for all tour members

• Domestic or international air fares
• Personal medical & evacuation insurance
• Personal effects insurance
• Personal spending money
• Alcoholic beverages
• Entry to tourism venues not organised by Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours
• Accommodation and other expenses incurred prior to or after completion of the tour

Note 5

 

All scheduled tours are outside Victorian school holiday periods and public holidays. This is to avoid higher accommodation rates during peak periods, reduce the risk of accommodation being unavailable, and ensure that tours are not contending with holiday traffic.

Note 6

 

Bookings for scheduled tours close 8 weeks in advance of the tour start date. This is due to the fact that accommodation and motorcycle availability cannot be guaranteed when booking within 8 weeks advance notice.

Note 7

 

A group size of six and above provides individuals with an economic advantage. Should any tour reach the closing date with bookings for less than six people the tour will still operate as long as the existing tour members are prepared to pay the appropriate cost for the reduced group size.

If a group wishes to make a booking that does not fall within scheduled tour dates then please contact us and Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours will accommodate that request.

Note 9

 

At the time of booking a 10% deposit is required, this payment is fully refundable if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient tour bookings.

Ultimate Tours Summaries & Pricing

 

Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours offers six 'Ultimate Tours' covering the south-eastern corner of Australia and Tasmania. Summaries of each of these tours are available below.

 

The pricing tables for each tour provide examples based on tour groups consisting of either:

 

• Six motorcycles with solo riders in twin-shared or non-sharing accommodation
• Three motorcycles with both riders and pillions in twin-shared or double accommodation

Ultimate Motorcycle Tour Inclusions

 

Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours' six all-inclusive 'Ultimate Tours' cover the south-eastern corner of Australia and Tasmania on the ultimate BMW riding machines.

Tour Navigation

 

At least three GPS navigators are provided for tour members, these are programmed daily with detailed tour routes for effortless navigation.

 

All riders are also provided with backup daily route plans that show destinations, leg lengths and roads used plus colour route maps.

 

Your tour guides travel at the front and rear of the tour group and will generally remain as inconspicuous as possible throughout each day apart from at critical route points, during scheduled breaks, and re-fuelling. The tour guides are in constant contact with each other either by radio or mobile telephone.

 

Tour Photography and Filming

 

Digital cameras, a digital video camera and digital helmet camera systems will be utilised to the full throughout the tour by Steven and Martin to capture as many aspects of your tour as possible.

 

After the tour this media will be edited onto a tour DVD and personalised copies will be posted to every person as a lasting memory of the tour. Each person will also receive a CD containing all photographs taken during the tour.
