Fly-Ride Package Itinerary
After meeting at the Sofitel, be transported to the balloon launch site where you can assist in the pre-flight preparation of the balloon; Fly over the beautiful city of Melbourne in the tranquility of the early morning before being transported back to the Sofitel for a sumptuous sky high breakfast in Cafe La on the 35th floor of the hotel overlooking the CBD.
Your exhilarating day continues after breakfast with a luxurious half day motorcycle tour through the beautiful country surrounds of Melbourne. You will be suited up from helmet to boots in comfortable rider equipment before heading out of the city on the back of the best touring motorcycle that BMW has to offer. Enjoy wide open spaces, farmland and forest along with a stop for refreshments in a scenic country location before returning to the Sofitel at the end of a truly memorable day.

Healesville Sanctuary Day Tour
The Yarra Valley. located to the east of Melbourne, is one of Victoria’s premier wine producing regions that has international standing and features rolling vineyards, pristine rivers and towering mountains covered in old growth forests.
Numerous wineries have cellar door sales and restaurants serving gourmet food and excellent local produce accompanied by their wines. There are numerous natural attractions in this region including the wildlife sanctuary at Healesville, a multitude of forest walks and small towns in addition to the vineyards. This region is also a prime water catchment area for Melbourne due to its pristine forests and the Yarra River.
You can wear your normal clothes underneath the provided motorcycle equipment and stow your shoes and other personal items in the storage cases of the motorcycles.
You to remove the riding gear when we arrive at Healesville Sanctuary and leave it with your riders while you stroll through the park. We arrive at the Sanctuary at around lunchtime and it is a great location to have something to eat before looking at some of the beautiful animals unique to Australia.
Healesville Sanctuary
Healesville Sanctuary provides a great opportunity to see the unique Australian wildlife up close in a native bushland environment – from Kangaroos and Koalas to the Platypus and the Dingo. The impressive ‘Birds of Prey’ presentation showcases some beautiful hunting birds such as the Wedge-tailed Eagle and the Peregrine Falcon.
In addition to the general admission, there are opportunities to meet the keepers and experience ‘behind-the-scenes’ with tailored tours conducted at specific times. Please refer to the Healesville Sanctuary link below for further details.
After you have completed your visit to the Sanctuary, the tour continues as we return to the city through the stunning Yarra Valley.
