Certificate Redemption

 

Gift certificates can be redeemed at any time simply by booking a tour on-line or by contacting us by telephone, e-mail or fax subject to Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours availability.

 

The recipients of the gift certificates will be required to follow the normal booking procedure as specified on our website and brochure so that we can obtain the required sizing information prior to the tour occurring.

 

A point to note before purchasing gift certificates for colleagues, friends and family is that we do have size limits on our safety equipment - you can check exactly what these limits are by referring to the ‘Sizing Chart’ page.

 

Certificate Validity

 

Gift certificates are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be purchased on-line for tours of any duration, which can be selected either at the time of purchase, or  by the recipients during the booking process

 

The recipients of the gift certificates will be required to follow the normal booking procedure as specified on our website so that we can obtain the required sizing information prior to the tour taking place.

 

As mentioned, the wearing of all our safety equipment is mandatory for all passengers and also please note that the minimum age requirement is 18 years.

 

Certificate Transfers

 

In the unlikely event of the recipients of gift certificates deciding that they do not wish to indulge in a tour then they have the option of transferring that certificate to another party after consultation with Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours.

 

Please note that the 12 month period of validity applies from the date of purchase of the certificate if it is transferred to another party.

Corporate Incentive Gift Certificates

A great way to reward staff for hard work and business success is to offer a Vicmoto motorcycle tour as part of an incentive scheme. Gift certificates can be purchased on-line for tours of any duration, which are valid indefinitely and can incorporate your company logo and the name(s) of the recipients if required. The certificate can be mailed to your business address for presentation to your lucky employee(s) or it can be arranged for us to arrive at your premises on the motorcycles to present it.  

After booking and submission of measurements in accordance with our sizing chart, we can collect up to two staff members from your company premises for city, half day, one day or two day tours. Our arrival and collection of the staff from your premises is a great way of providing a highly visual and exciting incentive to other staff in terms of future productivity and a marketing opportunity for your business as a result of being featured in our promotional material.

Corporate Christmas Parties and Raffle Prizes

 

A Vicmoto Gift Certificate is also an ideal work party or raffle prize. Again, these can be purchased on-line and mailed to your business address as required.

Gift Certificates

You can purchase gift certificates either on-line or directly from your tour operators and, in accordance with your wishes, we will either send it directly to you or to the intended recipients.

 

If you wish, we can ensure that the gift certificates arrive at the recipients address on a specific day or even at a specific venue if possible - though this is subject to the proposed dates and geographical locations. In certain cases we may be able to deliver them to the recipients by motorcycle so they can have a first-hand look at our service and ask any questions that they may have.
