Tour Participants, BMW Rental Machines and Accommodation Configuration

• The BMW motorcycles available for use on our tours are detailed on the Motorcycles page.

• The rental conditions outlined on the Motorcycles page must be satisfied by each rider.

• Please note that motorcycle choices are subject to availability and your first choice of machine on a given tour may not be available.

If you are making a tour booking on behalf of others in addition to yourself (and pillion, if applicable), please enter their names against their motorcycle choices and accommodation preferences.

 

Use of Vicmoto Rider Equipment (Helmets, Jackets, Pants, Boots, Gloves)

 

Please advise us if you wish to use Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours' motorcycle rider equipment (for no additional charge and subject to availability).

 

Please refer to the Sizing Chart for information (This information is not essential as part of of a provisional booking enquiry). We will request sizing information at the booking confirmation stage.

 

It is important to note that by Australian law, all helmets worn by motorcyclists must conform to Australian Standard AS1698. We recommend that all riders wear the AS1698-compliant helmets supplied by Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours.

 

If you elect not do so, then this is entirely at your own legal risk and you will be required to sign our terms and conditions acknowledging this and absolving Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours from legal liability.

 

Our helmets are equipped with communications equipment allowing interface with the supplied GPS units to receive audio commands in addition to rider-to-pillion communication.

Payment Options & Due Dates

 

Payment for your guided tour can be made via credit card, cheque or direct credit.

 

When booking more than twelve (12) weeks in advance of the tour commencement date, a 10% deposit is required for provisional confirmation of your booking.

 

Full payment for all guided tours is required twelve (12) weeks prior to the commencement of the tour. Final confirmation of your booking will be provided on receipt of full payment.

Submission of an enquiry and confirmation of booking assumes agreement with and satisfaction of all terms and conditions regarding our guided tours.

 

All tour participants will be required to sign a copy of these terms prior to the commencement of the tour.

It is important to note that the prices detailed on Ultimate Guided Tours are accurate for the configurations and group sizes shown. Final per person pricing will be calculated based on the exact group size and configuration of your tour group.

 

Your booking will be provisionally approved subject to availability of places on the selected scheduled tour, Vicmoto Motorcycle Tours' availability for an on-demand tour or motorcycle availability for self-guided tours.
